I want Furusato to become everyone’s ‘home’, somewhere were customers always feel welcome. Somewhere people can come and relax, enjoy some great food and drink, and chill out’

Furusato Bar & Grill was opened on August 13th 2021

We are a Pan Asian Restaurant, showcasing eastern foods for the Western palate. Giving our customers simple food done well.

Dave, one of our owners has worked in a number of well known establishments around Liverpool and in Dubai in his 18 plus year career as a chef.

The start of his career began working in 60 Hope street in Liverpool city centre, before working in the Racquet Club, Restaurant Bar & Grill, Room, then becoming Sous chef at HoSt on Hope Street, where he became head chef for 4 years.

After that, he then took himself of to Dubai for more experience, and worked in the Reform Social & Grill, before heading to a fine dining French Restaurant called Bagatelle.
